Some reasons that we may refuse articles: Stains, rips, lost buttons, heavily worn, soiled, seasonal or below the quality standards we have set. Our store space is at a premium, so please do not feel offended if some of your items are not accepted.

Fashion Junction determines the sale price based on our experience. Prices are determined according to brand, quality, demand and appearance. You receive 40% of the selling price. Obviously, the more spectacular the condition, the better the price tag. So, take a good look at your clothes, we do! At the end of your consignment time, any articles remaining will be donated to a non-resale charitable organization. A listing of items donated will be available annually.

On Tuesdays we offer "Open Consignment." We do, however suggest that you allow enough time for us to process your items. Once you have consigned with us, you may simply "drop and run" on any day except Tuesday. This is a time saver for you and allows us to give your articles the attention they deserve! We encourage first time consignors to come during "Open Consignment" times and previous consignors to "Drop and Run." However, all consignors may participate in "Open Consignment." Any item not accepted on Drop and Runs are donated.

This is how we consign...

You agree to:

1. Select items that are currently fashionable and in season.
2. Wash and press or dry clean before you bring your items in for consignment.
3. Put ALL items on hangers. (We will provide hangers for you at your request.) We will NOT accept boxes.
4. Be sure that your items have been carefully inspected for spots, stains, rips holes, style, odor, animal hair, wear, etc. Ask yourself: "Would I be willing to buy these items in the condition that they are in?"
5. Bring in no more than 15 items at one time (1 time per day please).

New consignors please come in on Tuesdays during our Open Consignment times, 9:30 to 11:30am or 4:00 to 6:00pm. Previous consignors may "Drop and Run" at any time other than Tuesdays.

We Provide the Following:

1. Check each item for cleanliness, stains, holes, style, season, etc.
2. Price each item.
3. Hang each item on clear display hangers.
4. Identify each item by number.
5. Categorize by size, item, etc.
6. Provide an attractive, clean and bright display area.
7. Straighten and reorganize daily to create a positive selling environment.
8. Promote sales through local and state advertising mediums such as radio, television, newspapers, etc. and provide style shows, lunch and learns, etc.
9. Post sales and provide you a monthly itemized listing of activity on your account, along with any monies due.
10. A listing of items donated is provided in January or February annually with advance notice to Fashion Junction.
11. Responsible for all overhead costs such as: lease, utilities, displays, maintenance, etc.
12. Hire and train competent sales staff.
13. Maintain pertinent memberships and subscriptions to various publications including: The Resale Connection, Network, To Good to be Threw, The Fashion Newsletter and more.
14. Provide 24 hour security surveillance and video proceedings.
