Small items (furnishings) may be reviewed during Open Consignment times.

Note: Consignors may Drop and Run any time, except Tuesdays. (Items not accepted on Drop and Runs are automatically donated or disposed of. No large furniture items may be dropped off without an appointment.)

We will refuse to accept items that have not been accurately represented. We encourage you to provide a picture of your item(s).

We may select to come out and look at your item(s). In order for us to come and look at your furniture, we require that the furniture is in adequate lighting so that we can easily view the item(s). It must be clean and clear of obstacles. Please do not ask us to come and examine your item(s) until it has been thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, etc. We will not accept any item with animal hair on it. Because space is at a premium, usually items priced under $25 are not accepted.

We may provide pick-up for large items at minimal charges with no out-of-pocket cost to you. These costs are built into the price of the item.

It would be helpful to know the approximate original cost of the item and the date of purchase. This, along with the type of item, current availability, condition, etc. will be used to determine the selling price. Any receipts that you have help validate the item and may increase the selling value.

The consignment period for furniture and furnishings is approximately two months. However, it may be renewed if necessary.

At the end of the consignment period, you will have the opportunity to pick up your item(s) by the date in your contract.

We DO NOT accept the following items. However, this list is not inclusive of everything that will not be accepted. Certain colors do not sell well, such as gold, orange and green. In most cases these colors will not be accepted.
